Over the years, the technicians at Verizon Wireless NW had created a complex system of spreadsheets to track the ongoing maintenance of various features on their network of cell towers. The challenge lay in keeping each version up to date across multiple offices and third party vendors, as well as automating reminders of critical updates or equipment replacement.
